You can download your own copy of the program in Swedish or English (for European or US printer formats). Make sure you select the right format for you.
The program includes:
- ACA meetings every second hour: starting in the morning with a guided Inner child meditation meeting and ending with a midnight meeting.
- Plenty of workshops: the workshops range from hand on tools in the ACA 12 step program such as emotional sobriety work shop, 4 step inventory work shop, functional habits workshop, laundry list work shop, to practical experiences like yoga and enjoyable experiences like guided journeys lying down and liberating dance. Please bring your own yoga mat!
- Speaker meetings and keynote speakers that address courage to change, the steps in ACA recovery
- and other activities.
